In a continued effort to promote a culture of legal awareness, KAFCO has successfully conducted a symposium focusing on key legal matters impacting its operations. This initiative, undertaken by KAFCO's legal department as part of a broader strategy to educate employees on general legal matters and ensure adherence to current legal standards.

In collaboration between KAFCO and the Directorate of General Civil Aviation (DGCA), a specialized aviation security training session was conducted for KAFCO’s employees to meet DGCA Safety Management System requirements.

Targeting to boost employees’ engagement, KAFCO has held a field trip to KOC Ahmad Al Jaber Oil & Gas Exhibition for the employee’s children. This initiative, supported by KAFCO's senior management, aims to highlight the significance of Kuwait's natural resources and the role of oil sector professionals.
